Thrity-two years in the medical field left me ready for a change.  I made a low sugar fruit spread called "Jem", the intense fruit flavor was priceless.  The public did not share my passion for good nutrition and Jem sales were slow.  I began to market nutritious snacks, my flavored almond slices.  They were an instant hit and a better fit for an on-the-go lifestyle.  

My creativity extends to sewing and I was challenged to create "an adult bib that does not look like a bib."  My Dirt Shirt is a helpful eating aid for those of us who need to "eat and run" at the same time!  The Dirt Shirt as a 'Commuter Cover' is the ultimate adult bib!
